The short version: a device id so your vault survives a refresh, and an email address only if you type one in.

What we hold

• A device id. A random string this browser generates and keeps in local storage. It is not linked to you, your name or your email, and it exists so that your vault and your record survive a page refresh.
• Game state. Your boards, carts, vault and flags, for as long as the game is running.
• An email address, only if you put one into the wishlist form, together with the date and which page you submitted it from.

What we do not hold

• No name, no address, no payment details. There is nothing to buy yet.
• No advertising or analytics trackers, and no third-party pixels.
• No profile built across other sites.

Why we are allowed to

The device id is strictly necessary to make the game work, so it needs no consent. The email address is held on your consent, given by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking.

How long

Game state is discarded when the service restarts. A wishlist address is held until launch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing joe@tyga.cloud. If you only want off the wishlist, say so and that is the whole job.
